This policy explains how Rekha Labs, trading as LeftOnHold Labs, handles personal data. It is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Data we handle for our clients
When we operate a voice agent for a business, we process on that business's instructions: call audio, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and the details callers share, such as names, appointment times and order numbers. The business that engaged us decides why this data is collected and how long it is kept. We act as their processor.
Data we collect from visitors and clients
- Emails you send us and the information in them.
- Business contact details, billing details and payment records for clients. Card and bank data is handled by Razorpay and never stored by us.
- Basic server logs for this website: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for 30 days. This site sets no tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To respond to you, to deliver and improve the service you asked for, to invoice you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use client call data to train models for other clients.
Where it lives
Call data is stored on Microsoft Azure in an Indian data region unless a client asks for a different region. Email is processed through Azure Communication Services. Payments are processed by Razorpay in India.
How long we keep it
Client call data is kept for the period set in the client's agreement, by default 90 days, then deleted. Business and billing records are kept for the period Indian tax law requires. Website logs are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to hello@leftonhold.com and we will respond within 30 days. If a business we work for holds your data, we will pass your request to them and help them respond.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
